If you would like to purchase a voucher for a loved one to ensure they schedule in some well-earned pamper time, then we have several easy options below.
We offer two types of gift vouchers:
It can be really hard to choose the perfect present for someone and you may feel more at ease just choosing an amount that you would like to spend and then the recipient can choose what they would like to purchase the vouchers on. They can choose from any of the treatments featured in the Chapel Spa brochure, Spa Packages and Passes, Use of the Gym, Beauty Products and Chapel Spa Membership’s.
Treatment or Package Gift Voucher
It can be more personal to select a certain spa treatments or spa packages and for this to be displayed on the gift voucher. You may be lucky enough to have been given some hints from the recipient, however, if you need some advice prior to choosing, please do not hesitate to call us on 01242 386666 where we can help you select the perfect present.
To give you some peace of mind, if the recipient after receiving the gift, would like to change the treatment or package to something else, they can simply swap it to something of the same value. We honour the voucher as a value of money and not as a value of treatments or products as prices of treatments and products might vary.

Delivering the Voucher
All of our Gift Vouchers are presented in a Gift Voucher Sleeve as standard and is enclosed with a Chapel Spa brochure. If you are short of time or just as a preference, we can send the gift voucher straight to the recipient. Whether you order it through the website or phone, you will have the option to detail the person’s name and a message to ensure they know who its from when it is received.
What We Provide
Provided: One towel & one robe per person. Shower gel, shampoo & conditioner. Hairdryers & hair straighteners.
Additional: Extra towels £1
Bring with you: A bathing costume for spa use.
To maximise your treatment time please ensure you arrive 15 minutes before your appointment.
Mobile Phones & Noise
To maintain a peaceful and relaxed atmosphere please ensure your mobile phone is switched off prior to your arrival.
Some treatments may not be suitable for certain medical conditions, or if you are pregnant. To ensure that all our guests are offered the right care and treatments we will ask you to fill out a consultation form. Our staff will be happy to discuss any special needs or concerns you may have.
We require 48 hours notice for cancellations to avoid full charge for your booking. Group booking (more than three people) we require seven days notice.
Digital lockers are provided at Chapel Spa in the changing rooms, but Chapel Spa is not responsible for your personal belongings.
Please note that we take full pre-payment for all our bookings.
We provide lunches and dinner from The Story Teller Restaurant subject to their opening times. Afternoon tea can be provided and needs to be pre-booked.
