TWK fitness offers a variety of classes at Chapel Spa and in the local park in Fitball, Antenatal-Fit, Beginner Running Classes and Park-Fit Classes.

Fitball Body Conditioning Class

Want to strengthen and tone your body? Enjoy the chilled ambience of Chapel Spa? Yes?

Then Fitball Body Conditioning is perfect for you – a low impact, mat based class which is fabulous for strengthening your whole body, especially your core using a core stability ball.
Body Conditioning Class… befit squat lunge, hold position, smile, plank, dolphin pose, relax, bridge, abcurl, calf pushback, high knees, side plank, giggle, ham curl, thigh tone, pulse, flatten the tum, strengthen arms, enjoy, lovefit

All fitness levels welcome, great for weight loss and toning. Very low impact.

Currently there are spaces for the Thursday 9:30am – 10:30am Fitball class, held in the upstairs gallery area of Chapel Spa.~Sessions are held on a Monday 8pm – 9pm, Thursday 9:30am – 10:30am and Thursday 8pm – 9pm.
Perfect for ALL levels of fitness. Sessions only £6.50 per session with great value for money in a small class setting and personalised exercises

Antenatal Fit

Body strengthening and conditiong exercises focusing on the ever changing body and posture throughout the pregnancy trimesters.
A very relaxed atmosphere. The ‘mums to be’ leave the class feeling worked out, but refreshed and relaxed.

The session comprises of:

  • a gentle warm up with mobilisation of stiff, tired joints.
  • muscle strengthening exercises of the legs, back, chest, arms and core.
  • stretching to counteract and support postural change
  • and of course we complete the session with well earned relaxation!

ParkFit and Postnatal ParkFit

A fitness class in the outdoors for weightloss, conditioning, running training and of course, meeting like minded people.
The class consists of a warm up, mobilisation, interval training, conditioning and concludes with a cool down and a good stretch.
This class is for all fitness levels, from the beginner to the more serious athlete. Group fitness in the outdoors at Pitville Park is the way forward for a way to spice up your fitness regime – come along and give us a try!
