Booking In Treatments And Spa Days
For all treatments and spa days, we require 100% payment upon booking to secure the appointment.
If use of the spa is part of your booking, we will take a £5 deposit per person to cover the use of the locker. This deposit is refundable at the end of the day when you return the locker key back to the reception team.
If the locker key is not returned at the end of your visit, the £5 will be kept by us to cover the cost of the key replacement.
Upon Time of Booking
When booking an appointment, please have your credit/debit card to hand. If you would like to pay by a Chapel Spa Gift Voucher, please have the voucher number ready as we will need to take this instead of card details. Please ensure you bring your voucher with you on the day of your appointment as this is your form of payment. Please note that expired gift vouchers are strictly not accepted.
We will always take an email address as you will be sent an appointment confirmation once your booking has been made
Cancellation Policy – Group Bookings
Bookings of more than two people qualify as a group booking. Group bookings require at least 7 days notice to prevent incurring up to 100% charge of the original booking. This charge includes bookings for treatments, day guest passes, lunch and any additional arrangements which have been pre booked.
Cancellation Policy – Individual Bookings
Individual clients are required to give at least 24 hours notice to prevent incurring a 100% charge of the original bookings. This charge includes bookings for treatments, day guest passes, lunch and any additional arrangements which have been pre booked. We will try our very best to fill your spaces if you cancel within 24 hours and if we can fill them, we will refund 100% of your money.
For any cancellations outside of the cancellation period you will be given a full refund.
You are encouraged to arrive 10 minutes prior to your appointment in order to fill out a chapel spa consultation form and to relax. If you are late for your appointment, we will endeavour to accommodate your treatment, however it maybe necessary to reduce your treatment time.
Treatments will only be carried out once a confidential Chapel Spa Consultation form has been completed.
We take pride that we want you to enjoy your treatments to the full and with this, we have added on an extra 15 minutes to all massage, body and facial treatments to allow for full consultation time, your full hands on treatment time with chance to awaken and revive at the end.
As a courtesy to other spa guests, please switch off your phones whilst within the Chapel Spa building.
For the enjoyment of other guests, children under the age of 16 are not permitted within Chapel Spa, without prior consent. This includes accompanying an adult for any purposes, including touring the facilities and having treatments.
Please be aware that if you are pregnant it is not advised that you use our steam room, hydrotherapy pool and rasul, however, we have a wonderful range of treatments specifically designed for pregnancy which you can enjoy.
If you decide you would like to use the spa or have a treatment which is not advised during pregnancy, a doctors note must be brought with you which states that they are happy for you to use that specifc facility or treatment.
It is imperative that all guests having a tinting treatment or the Elemis Tri-Enzyme Resurfacing Facial has a patch test 24 hours before.
