Chapel Spa is committed to donating money, raffle prizes and our own venue and time to charities and local community projects each year.
Our budget is set at the end of each financial year (end of March) and is based on our current level of profits, future business plan and previously expired gift vouchers
With the nature of our business, it is not suprising that we receive hundreds of requests per year asking for donations.
If you are a charity, local business and local community organisation who are looking for donations and raffle prizes, you must submit your request between January and March each year for the financial year ahead. We will let you know by the end of April if you have been successful.
Please note, it is not on a first come, first served basis so all applications between these times will be looked at and assessed. We like to be able to pick new and different causes each year, if possible, to ensure we can help to make a difference to as many people as possible.
We do ask that you apply via email to firstname.lastname@example.org rather than wiritng letters as it helps saves the trees and also it is easy for us to respond to your request efficiently.
Please note that donations requests have been allocated for 2012. Next submission date is January – March 2013.
