Yoga Classes with Kathy Moores.
Tuesdays - 6.30pm - 8.00pm: Power yoga following the Ashtanga Primary Series
Thursdays - 6.30pm - 8.00pm: Power Yoga - A variety of flowing postures linked with the breath.
Power Yoga is a unique combination of dynamic breathing and strong, flowing movement, which creates a high-heat, high-energy workout. A choreographed seuquence of postures that flow into one another, building strength, unwinding tight joints, and loosening muscles. A complete mind and body workout.
Cost: £10.50 pay as you go (subject to availability) or SAVE by buying 6 sessions for JUST £51 (£8.50 per class).
You can also come to ANY class during the 21st February and Thursday 29th March. So even if you can\'t commit to come to weekly classes, you don't have to worry as you only pay for the 6 classes you attend.
All levels welcome.
Please note that the week commencing 26th March - there will be only one class on the Thursday and will be taught by Kathy's recommended Yoga Teacher Ali.
