New Ashtanga Yoga Course Starts 26th October

Power Yoga is a unique combination of dynamic breathing and strong, flowing movement, which creates a high-heat, high-energy workout. A choreographed sequence of postures that flow into one another, building strength, unwinding tight joints and loosening muscles. A complete mind and body workout.

Tuesday 6.30pm - 8pm: Power Yoga following the Ashtanga Primary Series

Thursday 6.30pm - 8pm: Power Yoga - a variety of flowing postures linked by the breath.

£10 drop in class (subject to availability) or SAVE by buying 7 sessions at just £56 (£8 a class) and come to ANY class between Oct 26th and Dec 9th.

So even if you can't commit to weekly classes, you don't have to worry as you only pay for the 7 classes you attend.

All levels welcome. Concessions apply to members
