This is a wonderful massage, an ideal introduction into Ayurvedic therapy.Ayurvedic organic oils are slowly warmed and gently massaged into the skin.A combination of flowing and stimulating massage techniques to move through and open marma points (specific energy centres) to harmonise, calm, nourish, detoxify, strengthen and revitalising the entire body.

Please note: Ayurvedic treatments are only available to women

Marma Abhyanga: 1hr  £42. Save £10

Stimulating head and body massage focusing on Marma points (similar to acupressure points) to keep energy moving. It is extremely helpful for soothing sore, tired or aching muscles and for those who like their massage a little bit stronger.
