What if I want to order something as a gift?
We do offer a gift wrapping service for gift vouchers and products which can be selected on the checkout page, please be aware that some larger items may not be included as they will not fit within the boxes. We will contact you if you have selected gift wrapping which is not suitable for the gift chosen.
All Chapel Spa Gift Vouchers come in a gift wallet along with a brochure as standard.
Is there a maximum amount I can buy?
You can purchase as many gift vouchers are you like, however, if you are purchasing over 5 treatments in one order, please contact us as we will be able to give you a discount.
You can purchase no more than 2 of each product on any one order.
What if the product or treatment I would like is not in stock?
Please call us on 01242 518075 as we can advise on availability and get the product on order for you.
How can I change my delivery address or can I ask for deliveries to be sent to an address other than my home address?
If you would like your delivery sent to an address other than your billing address, you can add an alternative shipping address to your order after entering your billing address. Alternatively, if you have already placed your order then please us on 01242 518075..
How long will my order take to arrive?
Please allow the following timescales for delivery:
• Standard delivery to the UK (excluding Northern Ireland): 5-7 working days.
Do you offer next day delivery?
We can offer a next day service which is subject to availability and dependant on the time the order is placed. To check this, please call us on 01242 518075 and we can advise you the lead time and delivery charge.
Can I send a Gift Voucher Directly to the Recipient?
Yes you can! When you get to your basket, there will be a box so you can write your message to the recipient we will then ensure that this is put onto your gift voucher so the recipient knows who it is from.
I need a gift voucher ASAP! Can you help?
Yes we can! We also offer an E-gift voucher which we will send to you or the recipient via email. It can then be printed off and used as normal.
To select this, there is a box when you come to checking out saying…… Just tick it and there will be no delivery charge. Ensure you put the recipients email address in the notes box before completing so we know where to send it.
When will the payment be taken from my account?
For any order placed on our website or by phone, payment will be taken as soon as the order has been placed and confirmed.
Where do I find information of my purchase?
Once you have placed an order via our website you will be sent an automatic email with your order number, alternatively you can find you order number on your online account, under Order History.
How do I change or cancel an order I’ve just placed?

How and when will I be informed if a product is out of stock?
Even though all of our products are fully stocked before we offer them to you, occasionally demand exceeds supply. If this occurs, we will call you as soon as we receive your order.
What is your returns policy and how do I return or exchange an individual product or my entire order?

The product(s) I received are incorrect/faulty/missing, what can I do?

I returned a product or an order but I haven’t heard anything.
Please allow 7 working days for your return to be processed and for us to contact you.
How will I be refunded for returns?
All refunds will be processed back on to the card originally used for purchase.

Can I return an online purchase personally to Chapel Spa?
If you are local or want to ensure the products arrive safely, then please bring them back to Chapel Spa with your credit/debit card ready and we will be able to refund you immediately.
Which payment methods can I use to place my order?
We accept Visa, MasterCard, Switch, Electron and Solo Unfortunately, we are unable to accept cash on delivery.
How do I know I have brought the correct treatment or product?
We offer consultations via phone to help you find products or treatments that will benefit your skin and meet your concerns. Please call us on 01242 518075 and one of our therapists will be happy to help.
What if I am pregnant?
If you are pregnant, there may be some treatments and products which are not safe for you to use at certain times during your pregnancy. Before ordering, please call us on 01242 518075 and we will be happy to answer any of your questions and ensure your purchase is right for you.
What if I am on certain medication, have an illness or suffer from skin conditions or allergies?
