A deep and releasing full body massage performed seamlessly using the hands, knuckles, forearms and elbows. The back is addressed first with the use of hot stones to help warm the main muscles of the back  before our therapist will expertly apply deep pressures, stretching and trigger point techniques with precision to the whole body, to reach the deepest muscle aches and pains, helping to alleviate all stress and tension.

Our Chapel Spa aromatherapy oils are individually prescribed to help relieve emotional stress and tension, allowing all of the body’s needs to be addressed.

Please note: Due to the deep techniques of this treatment, it will take a few days for your muscles to repair and for you to feel the full benefits of this massage
